Overview
WYRLEY Rose Care Home are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join their healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and have a solid understanding of anatomy. As Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough resident assessments and document findings accurately.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans based on resident needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive resident care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment for residents.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Qualifications
- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A compassionate approach with a strong focus on patient advocacy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
