Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a CSCS Labourer to join our team. We are a constructiona nd develoment company with sites predominantly around the South-East and are starting a new and ongoing site in Tunbridge Wells. This is not agency work, but an opportunity to work with us directly.
As a CSCS Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the worksite. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate tools and machinery under supervision
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support the team in completing construction tasks efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
