Do you have experience supporting young people who need additional emotional and behavioural support?
We're looking for resilient and positive Learning Support Assistants to work within specialist SEMH settings, supporting pupils who may struggle with emotional regulation, behaviour and engagement in education.
This role would suit candidates from education, care, youth work, coaching or support work backgrounds.
Requirements:
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
✅ Strong communication skills
✅ Ability to build positive relationships with young people
