The role: Accounts Assistant
As our Accounts Assistant, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing customer invoices, preparing key reports and completing reconciliations, while providing reliable support to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Your strong attention to detail and organised approach will help ensure our financial processes remain accurate, efficient and well controlled, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our brewery operations.
You’ll join a close-knit team that supports the wider business, offering key insights that enable well-informed decisions across departments.
Key responsibilities:
- Processing invoices and posting customer receipts
- Processing promotional credits and tech service logs
- Managing ullage credits and turnover fees/rent
- Handling quarterly rent invoicing
- Performing daily stock-to-sales reconciliations (racking, sales, deliveries)
- Producing Estate Statements, Debtors Reports and No Order Reports
- Booking in and invoicing farmers
- Cashbook reconciliation
- Providing holiday cover for customer order processing & purchase ledger
- Assist with general financial administration and continuous improvement of processes within the team.
