Flooring Showroom Sales Advisor
Salary + Commission
We are looking for an experienced Flooring Showroom Sales Advisor to join our family-run carpet and flooring showroom in Surbiton.
Previous experience working in a carpet and flooring showroom is a must for this role.
Responsibilities
- Serve and advise customers in the showroom.
- Advise on carpets, wood flooring, LVT, vinyl and stair runners.
- Prepare quotations and follow up enquiries.
- Answer telephone and email enquiries.
- Process orders and liaise with suppliers and installers.
- Look after customers from initial enquiry through to installation.
- Help with the day-to-day running of the showroom.
About You
- Carpet and flooring showroom experience is a must.
- Good knowledge of carpets and flooring products.
- Confident in sales and advising customers.
- Experience preparing flooring quotations and processing orders.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Well organised with good computer skills.
- Reliable and able to work independently.
