Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across all our commercial premises in Elgin and internal cleaning of new and used caravans for sale . This role offers flexible hours suitable for individuals seeking part-time employment, with an emphasis on professionalism and efficiency. Prior experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning is preferred, but training will be provided to the right candidate. The position is ideal for those who take pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces
- Clean and sanitise toilets, kitchens, offices and showroom areas to high standards
- Clean and prepare new and used caravans to a high standards
- Empty bins
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Adhere to specified cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are maintained regularly
- Respond promptly to any additional cleaning requests or special requirements
Skills
- Experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
- Good organisational skills to manage time effectively during shifts
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable with a professional attitude towards hygiene standards
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently over the course of the shift
