What you will be doing
As a Care Assistant within Dovestone Garden’s team in Burnley, you will work closely with older people offering an innovative and high-quality service to support those with care needs and dementia. Your role will involve delivering exceptional personal care, interacting with the residents to understand their needs, liaising with health professionals and families, welcoming new residents and playing an important role in enabling our residents to lead purposeful and meaningful lives.
As a Care Assistant you will need to be able to work with older people and those with dementia alongside our dedicated care team at our beautiful home – Dovestone Gardens, providing support to our residents and their families.
You will be based at Dovestone Gardens, Briercliffe Road, Burnley, BB10 1EU.
Your hours of work are flexible and can be discussed at interview stage.
The pay rate for this role is £12.71 per hour.
