Victoria's Restaurant, Pitlochry
Victoria's Restaurant is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Team Member/ Barista to join our busy and vibrant team in the heart of Pitlochry.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Whether you're an experienced barista or looking to develop your hospitality career, full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including speciality coffees and teas and cocktails (training provided where necessary).
- Deliver exceptional table service in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the restaurant.
- Process customer payments using the EPOS system.
- Assist with food service and basic food preparation when required.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer enquiries confidently.
- Follow all food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
- Support colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality, barista work, cafés, restaurants or customer service is desirable but not essential.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Essential Requirements
