We're looking for a Junior Sales Manager to join our team in Liverpool. You'll manage relationships with a diverse client base, develop sales strategies, and grow revenue through smart planning and strong execution. About the Role
You'll own a portfolio of clients across different industries and segments. Your responsibilities include building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, managing account pipelines, and hitting quarterly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts and develop new business opportunities
- Conduct client meetings to understand needs and identify upsell potential
- Create and present sales proposals tailored to different client requirements
- Track pipeline activity and forecast monthly and quarterly revenue
- Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate client records and sales data in our CRM system
- Meet individual and team sales targets
- Participate in client reviews and strategic account planning
- Contribute to team meetings and share best practices
