What will you be doing?
We are looking for organised, proactive, and customer-focused people to join our teams and become Education Administrators. In the role, you will support students and academic schools through every stage of the student journey, from registration and induction through to graduation.
You will be a key point of contact, providing guidance, information, and administrative support while helping to ensure that student administration processes run smoothly and efficiently. This is a varied and rewarding role. You will manage a range of administrative activities, respond to student enquiries, maintain accurate records, support key academic processes, and work closely with colleagues across the University to deliver an excellent student experience. Most roles are based on our Clifton or Temple Quarter campuses, close to Bristol city centre with excellent transport links.

Previous experience within higher education is beneficial but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills, strong potential, and a commitment to delivering excellent student experience.
