Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Junior Field Sales Executive to join our expanding sales team. This role at ZOLA offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career within a fast-paced environment, engaging directly with clients and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service ethos, and the ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining existing accounts, and representing our organisation professionally in the field.
Hours of work - 15 Hours Per Week (Between 9am -8pm) Flexibility Required
Duties
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets within designated territories
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients to promote products/services
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements ensuring mutual benefit for both organisation and clients
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates for management review
- Organise schedules efficiently to maximise client visits whilst managing time effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar field-based sales role is highly desirable but not essential
- Desire to learn to improve negotiation skills and closing deals successfully
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Valid driving licence with the ability to travel frequently within assigned territory or other form of transport.
- Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and client-focused approach
- Proficiency in IT systems including CRM software, MS Office suite, and other relevant tools
- Effective time management and organisational skills to handle multiple client appointments efficiently
- Ability to work independently whilst maintaining high levels of motivation and initiative

Pay: £13.00 per hour
