We’re looking for enthusiastic, confident, and motivated individuals to join our growing face-to-face fundraising team across Scotland.
No fundraising experience? No problem. We provide full paid training, ongoing coaching, and all the support you need to succeed.
This role is ideal for people with experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, call centres, door-to-door sales, events, or anyone who enjoys meeting new people and wants a rewarding career.
Your Responsibilities
- Inspire members of the public to support our charity partners through regular monthly donations.
- Represent leading charities with professionalism, passion, and integrity.
- Work at a variety of exciting face-to-face fundraising venues across Scotland.
- Travel to different fundraising locations throughout Scotland.
- Achieve personal and team targets while making a genuine impact every day.
- Deliver an outstanding experience to every supporter you meet.
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, confident, and approachable personality.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable speaking with new people.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or fundraising experience is an advantage—but not essential.
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle is beneficial due to travel between venues, but not essential.
