We are continuing to grow and are looking for an ambitious Junior Finance Broker to join our team at Fetcham Park, Leatherhead.
This is not simply a desk-based finance role.
A significant part of our business is within the supercar, prestige and performance vehicle market, and we are specifically looking for someone who has a genuine passion for cars, strong supercar knowledge and enjoys building relationships with clients and dealerships.
A genuine interest in and knowledge of supercars is an important requirement for this position.
We can teach finance. We are looking for the personality, initiative, commercial instinct and work ethic to go with it.
The Opportunity
As a Junior Finance Broker, you will receive hands-on training and mentoring while learning the complete finance process, from initial enquiry and credit assessment through to lender submission and successful completion.
You will work alongside experienced brokers while gradually developing the knowledge and confidence to manage your own clients and transactions.
As you progress, you will also be expected to develop your own network, build relationships with prestige and supercar dealerships, generate new business opportunities and establish your own portfolio of clients.
For the right person, there is a clear path towards becoming a successful, independently operating Finance Broker with significant earning potential.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting senior brokers with live finance applications
- Speaking with clients to understand their funding requirements
- Preparing finance proposals and lender submissions
- Liaising with specialist lenders
- Managing client relationships throughout the finance process
- Building and maintaining relationships with supercar and prestige dealerships
- Developing relationships with introducers and professional partners
- Networking and identifying new business opportunities
- Proactively following up clients, dealers and prospective opportunities
- Maintaining an organised pipeline and accurate CRM records
- Learning the fundamentals of underwriting and credit assessment
- Developing expertise across vehicle, asset, business and property finance
- Delivering an exceptional client experience from enquiry through to completion
- Building your own client portfolio as your experience develops
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone ambitious, commercially minded and motivated to build a genuine career.
You do not need previous finance broker experience. Full training will be provided.
However, you must have a genuine passion for cars and a strong knowledge of the supercar and performance vehicle market.
You should be someone who:
- Has genuine knowledge and appreciation of supercars, hypercars and performance vehicles
- Enjoys speaking about cars and follows the automotive market
- Loves meeting new people and building long-term relationships
- Is confident developing relationships with clients, dealerships and introducers
- Has strong networking and interpersonal skills
- Is sales-oriented and commercially minded
- Uses initiative and does not need to be constantly told what to do
- Is a natural problem solver who can think on their feet
- Can work independently and autonomously
- Takes ownership of their workload, clients and opportunities
- Is proactive and comfortable creating opportunities rather than waiting for them
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is professional, confident and articulate
- Is resilient, organised and highly motivated
- Is comfortable working towards targets and being rewarded for performance
Experience within automotive sales, prestige or supercar dealerships, luxury sales, finance, banking, business development, estate agency or another relationship-led sales environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.

You should be comfortable walking into a dealership or industry event, introducing yourself, meeting new people and building relationships.
We want someone who can spot an opportunity, use their initiative, solve problems and take action without requiring constant supervision.
Ultimately, we want to develop you into a broker who clients and dealerships want to call when they need finance.
