Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Evening Shift Supervisor to lead our evening shift manufacturing wallcovering.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate evening working schedules for staff.
- Supervise working hours and work efficiency.
- Will be required to train in various departments in the factory to assist workforce.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Work directly with the Manufacturing manager and day Supervisors to achieve realistic targets.
All training will be provided so experience is preferred but not essential.
We are looking for a hard working and strong candidate to lead our team.
The hours are 15.45 -1.00am - Monday to Thursday.
Pay: £25,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
