Are you a passionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) looking for the next step in your career? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mental Health Nurse to lead our Community Supported Living Services, supporting adults with severe and enduring mental health needs to live independently, safely, and with dignity in their own homes and supported living environments.

About the Role
As the Mental Health Nurse Lead, you will provide clinical leadership and operational oversight across our Community Supported Living Services. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, local authorities, NHS mental health services, housing providers, and families to ensure individuals receive safe, effective, and compassionate support.
You will champion positive risk management, recovery, social inclusion, and independence while ensuring services consistently meet regulatory and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide clinical leadership and professional supervision to support staff.
* Lead the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of person-centred care.
* Ensure safe medication management and compliance with clinical governance standards.
* Develop and review positive behaviour support and risk management plans.
* Build strong relationships with Community Mental Health Teams (CMHTs), Care Coordinators, psychiatrists, GPs, and commissioners.
* Monitor service quality, incidents, audits, and outcomes, implementing continuous improvements.
* Support recruitment, induction, training, and development of staff.
* Promote recovery, independence, and meaningful community participation for people using our services.
* Ensure compliance with CQC Fundamental Standards and relevant legislation.
About You
Essential:
* Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration.
* Experience supporting adults with complex mental health needs in community or supported living settings.
* Strong understanding of recovery-focused practice and positive risk management.
* Experience supervising or leading multidisciplinary teams.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
* Leadership or management qualification.
* Experience working with supported living, rehabilitation, forensic, or community mental health services.
* Knowledge of CQC regulations and quality assurance processes.
