Hours: Flexible daytime hours during the week – including some evenings and weekends

About the Role
Newburgh Golf Clubhouse is looking for enthusiastic, friendly and reliable Hospitality Staff to help deliver an exceptional experience for our members, guests and visitors.
Situated at Newburgh on Ythan Golf Club, the clubhouse provides a welcoming setting for golfers, members, visitors, societies, functions and events.
We are looking for people who enjoy working with customers, have a positive attitude and are happy working as part of a busy hospitality team.
Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided for the right person.
What You'll Be Doing
Your role will include a variety of hospitality duties, including:
- Providing friendly and welcoming customer service to members and visitors
- Taking food and drink orders
- Serving food and drinks at tables and from the bar
- Preparing and presenting drinks, including tea and coffee
- Bar service and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Taking payments and operating the till
- Preparing and clearing tables
- Keeping the clubhouse, bar and dining areas clean and presentable
- Ensuring customers receive a high standard of service
- Assisting with golf competitions, societies and clubhouse events
- Supporting functions and private events
- Helping with general clubhouse duties as required
- Following food hygiene, health and safety and licensing procedures
- Working closely with other members of the team to ensure the clubhouse runs smoothly

Hospitality, bar or waiting experience would be an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right applicants.
