Responsibilities
- Assist electricians with installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing tools, and setting up safety barriers
- Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, and measuring tapes to support daily tasks
- Operate power tools including drills, saws, and voltage testers under supervision
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment for all team members
- Support the routing and wiring of electrical cables according to project specifications
- Conduct basic inspections of electrical components and report any issues or discrepancies promptly
Requirements
- Experience working with hand tools and power tools in a construction or electrical setting is preferred
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and terminology is advantageous
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety guidelines at all times
- Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting heavy materials, and working in various environmental conditions
- Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning and problem-solving
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory
- Prior experience in electrical or construction trades is beneficial but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
