About the Role
The Bloom Project is Newcastle's home for companies who believe looking after their people is the smartest business decision they'll ever make. From our Grey Street building we give growing teams a space that's calm, beautiful and built for doing great work.
Now we need someone who wants to help us build the best place to work in the North East. Someone with energy, care and ambition, who sees a building full of people and thinks about how to make every one of their days a little better.
We're looking for an organised, proactive individual to take ownership of front-of-house and building management for our commercial office building on Grey Street, Newcastle. This is a varied, hands-on role combining reception duties, light cleaning, health & safety compliance, and staff/contractor management. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors and the go-to person for keeping the building running safely and smoothly — working independently as our sole on-site building manager. We're happy to discuss flexible working arrangements to suit the right candidate.
