Bright Sparks Day Nursery and Stork Day Nursery are looking for Nursery Apprentices to work towards a Level 3 qualification whilst working within the setting. We are part of a family-run, private group of nurseries and we offer progressive career opportunities in early years childcare. We offer quality care and education for children from birth to 5 years. Our settings have excellent facilities, including large outdoor areas.
Both nurseries are located in Hinckley.

The main role will include:
- Assist in the day to day care of children.
- Organise and take part in activities.
- Observing children and updating development plans.
- Assist at meal/snack and sleep times
- The role will need you to use your initiative and be confident in your duties.
Requirements:
- Are able to commit to a full apprenticeship programme
- Have good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Are patient and friendly
- Knowledge of EYFS
- First aid (preferred)
- Basic IT skills (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
An Enhanced DBS Disclosure and 2 satisfactory references will be required for this position.
Schedule:
- Full time position, Monday to Friday between 7.30 am to 6.00pm to work
- 30-35 hours a week

Competitive salary, dependent on age, qualification & experience.
