A smooth campaign operation is rarely complicated. It’s having event stock organized, promotional display kits packed correctly, and supporting high-energy setups so every customer interaction starts on the right foot.
We’re growing our Sheffield team and looking for a Picker/Packer who brings organization, drive, and a practical approach to managing campaign supplies. You’ll prepare promotional kits and inventory for live event setups, support on-site campaign operations, and help connect client products directly with prospective buyers.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Selecting, packing, and organizing promotional materials, display kits, and collateral for live Sheffield event setups
- Assisting with on-site campaign logistics, helping prepare customer-facing display areas, and welcoming visitors
- Guiding prospective customers through brand overviews, product information, and direct account registrations on digital tablets
- Ensuring event inventory, product samples, and application forms are logged accurately and well-stocked
- Supporting team members during busy campaign shifts to maintain a professional, organized site environment
- Gathering campaign stock feedback and tracking daily fulfillment and conversion metrics with the wider team
- Keeping stock holding areas, logistics equipment, and event display counters organized and presentable
- Supporting daily target benchmarks while taking part in morning strategy huddles
The Person We’re Looking For
- Someone who genuinely enjoys fast-paced operational work and customer engagement
- A clear, confident communicator who works well under pressure
- Reliable, organized, and happy to take personal responsibility for stock accuracy and daily targets
- Comfortable working on their feet as part of an energetic, close-knit team
- Interested in an active commercial role that combines logistics with direct customer interaction
- Available to work full-time on-site across accessible Sheffield locations
Experience in warehouse picking and packing, retail stock management, customer service, hospitality, reception, or sales support is welcome, but it isn’t essential. We’ll provide comprehensive paid training—you just need to bring the right attitude.What’s in It for You
