Hours – 7.00 – 5.00 Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading and unloading of vehicles – using a forklift where needed
- Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts
- Pick items to fulfil customer orders
- Check incoming stock deliveries and put away in appropriate area
- Getting to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions
- Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone)
- Keep the branch looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers
- Make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work street chains, online stores and holiday agents

Required Skills and Experience
- A flexible approach to work
- A great team player; ready to support colleagues and customers when needed
- A confident communicator, both over the phone and face to face
- Previous forklift experience, although training will be provided
