If you’re skilled in workload management, event coordination, and stakeholder collaboration, and are excited to grow your expertise within the early careers recruitment space, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
- Use your organisational and multitasking skills to support campus recruitment programmes, hiring requisitions, and recruitment events.
- Collaborate with recruiters, coordinators, hiring teams, and programme stakeholders to deliver a positive recruitment experience.
- Apply your workload management skills to effectively prioritise competing activities and meet deadlines across multiple recruitment initiatives.
- Use your knowledge of early careers and campus recruitment to support programme delivery and candidate engagement activities.
- Coordinate recruitment and campus events, ensuring logistics, scheduling, communications, and operational requirements are managed effectively.
- Build and maintain strong networking relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, universities, vendors, and other key partners.
- Contribute to successful programme delivery by providing support across the wider team whenever needed.
- Apply your communication skills to keep stakeholders informed and ensure smooth coordination of recruitment activities.
- Use your problem-solving abilities to respond to changing priorities and support business needs in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated ability in multitasking and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strength in workload planning, organisation, and prioritisation within a dynamic environment.

- Strength in adaptability and responding positively to changing business needs.
Nice-to-Have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with recruitment data and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Familiarity with event logistics, scheduling, and operational coordination.
- Experience supporting recruitment, talent acquisition, campus, or early careers programmes.
