We are looking for a part time cooks to prepare simple hot and cold snacks and meals for our members and guests. We are a friendly golf club on the outskirts of Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire, close to the A42. Working 30 hours per week, which may increase by agreement during the summer months. Flexible working and some weekends will be required as we are open 7 days a week. This role consists of 5 shifts a week from 9.30 till 3.30. There is the possibility of overtime some evenings depending on functions. Ideal candidates will have previous commercial cooking experience (not essential) and need basic kitchen knowledge and skills.

Main Responsibilities:
- Measuring out meal ingredients according to a recipe
- Prepping various ingredients such as meats and vegetables
- Serving food and drinks to their customers
- Cleaning up the kitchen space after cooking each meal and ensuring the prep area and kitchen is cleaned and sanitised at the end of the shift
- Maintaining a pantry stock record
- Rotating stock items as per established procedures
- Restocking the pantry and fridge or freezer as necessary
- Properly storing food items at appropriate temperatures
- Ordering new ingredients as required
