Overview
We are seeking two dedicated and reliable Cleaners to join our team, for 3 hours cleaning, Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings (7:30 - 10:30). The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The Cleaner will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for clients and staff alike.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are cleaned, dusted, and sanitised regularly.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any cleaning concerns or requests.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning tasks.
- Drive to various locations as required to carry out cleaning duties.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- A valid driver's licence is advantageous for roles requiring travel between sites.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required.
