We are looking for a passionate, skilled, and client-focused Facial Therapist to join our growing team and help our clients feel confident, refreshed, and cared for.
The Role
As a Facial Therapist, you will provide exceptional treatments while delivering an outstanding client experience. You will work alongside our aesthetic professionals in a modern, welcoming clinic dedicated to excellence in skincare and wellness.
Key Responsibilities
Perform professional facial treatments tailored to individual skin concerns.
Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable treatment plans.
Advise clients on skincare products and homecare routines.
Maintain accurate treatment records and client notes.
Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organised, and compliant with health and hygiene standards.
Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Stay up to date with the latest skincare, wellness, and massage techniques.
Essential Requirements
Qualified in Beauty Therapy (Level 3 or equivalent).
Certified in facial treatments and massage therapy.
Previous experience in a beauty, aesthetics, or wellness clinic.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional, friendly, and confident manner.
Passion for skincare, wellness, and delivering exceptional client care.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible to work evenings and weekends when required.
Desirable Skills
Experience with advanced facial treatments.
Knowledge of skincare brands and products.
Experience in luxury clinics or medical aesthetics.
Additional qualifications in wellness or holistic therapies.
