Job Role/Responsibilities:
Assisting in the company’s e-commerce part of the business selling through Amazon, EBay and other online marketplaces.
Comfortable using computers and basic systems
Picker/Packer - you will play a crucial role in ensuring the orders are accurately picked, carefully packed and promptly dispatched to customers. Print and label packages accurately for dispatch.
Assist with courier claims for lost/damaged parcels
Customer Service – Respond to customer messages via email and platform dashboards – always within our 24 hour SLA
Handle delivery queries, order updates, returns, and cancellations
Process customer returns in line with company policies
Receiving and unloading deliveries
Keep picking/packing area clean, safe and well organised
Manage stock levels through picking, packing, stocking, and replenishment activities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.00 per hour
