Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all restaurant operations, including culinary, service, and administrative functions.
- Supervise and train staff in food preparation, service standards, and hospitality practices.
- Oversee food production processes to ensure quality and consistency in all menu items.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and dining areas.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for team management, fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs to maximise profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu offerings that reflect current trends.
- Manage scheduling for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
