XSPEED ENGINES is looking for 4 experienced and professional mechanics to join our workshop in Barking, East London!
£13–£20 PER HOUR depending on experience
Monday–Friday: 08:30-18:00
Saturday: 08:30-14:00
Tools provided
Self-employed role
We are looking for mechanics with 3+ years of experience. Qualifications are not essential.. knowledge, practical ability and experience are what matter most.
We specialise in engine reconditioning, and our workshop is split into two main areas:
Engine removal & installation, as well as clutches, gearboxes, brakes and other mechanical work.
Engine reconditioning, including cylinder head reskimming, valve recutting, block polishing, piston work and more.
There will be a 1–2 day paid work assessment so we can see your skills and ability in the workshop.
English is essential. Russian / Moldovan / Romanian / Ukrainian also welcomed.
