We are offering an exciting apprenticeship opportunity for an individual looking to develop a career in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.
Key Responsibilities
You will support the SHEQ team by:
- Maintaining controlled SHEQ documentation and records.
- Assisting with quality inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
- Supporting health & safety inspections and training records.
- Maintaining environmental records, waste documentation, and KPI data.
- Updating compliance registers, including legal compliance, COSHH, calibration and approved suppliers.
- Assisting with internal audits and monitoring follow-up actions.
- Visiting project sites with the Senior Health & Safety Manager to support compliance activities.
- Coordinating SHEQ training records and maintaining the training matrix.
- Producing SHEQ reports, KPI dashboards and management review data.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
What We're Looking For
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
- Confidence communicating with both site and office teams.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
