About the Role
Interactive Schools is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Email Marketing and CRM workflows. You’ll plan and deliver email campaigns, nurture sequences and engagement strategies that help drive leads, grow awareness and grow our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, build, schedule and optimise HubSpot email campaigns
- Create lead nurture and automation workflows
- Love Data and be able to Segment and manage CRM contact data, and build target-driven content and templates
- Write strong, compelling email and landing page copy
- Report on performance and refine activity to continually improve results
- Support wider marketing activity (events, case studies, social)
- Book meetings for the sales team, and hold initial screening meetings on leads/opportunities

What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year experience in digital marketing
- HubSpot CRM (preferred) & email experience (required)
- Good writing and communication skills
- Comfortable analysing campaign results
- Highly organised, creative and proactive
- Confident in using Canva and AI Tools to improve work efficiency
Nice to Have: Basic HTML, Adobe, SEO, agency/education background
