Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially minded Performance Marketing & Growth Manager who thrives on improving results through testing, analysis and innovation. This is a hands-on role responsible for managing our marketing channels, identifying new growth opportunities and continuously improving conversion rates across the entire customer journey.
You will have ownership of our digital marketing strategy, working across paid advertising, email marketing, conversion rate optimisation, partnerships and customer engagement to generate high-quality leads and maximise return on investment.
Key Responsibilities Paid Advertising
- Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn
- Monitor budgets and maximise return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Continuously test new audiences, creatives, messaging and campaign structures.
- Identify opportunities to reduce acquisition costs while increasing lead quality.
Conversion Rate Optimisation
- Analyse the complete customer journey from advert to completed enquiry.
- Optimise landing pages, lead forms and conversion funnels.
- A/B test different headlines, layouts, offers and calls-to-action.
- Work with developers and designers to implement improvements.
- Use analytics and customer data to drive decision making.
Email Marketing & Customer Journeys
- Plan, create and manage targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Develop personalised customer journeys based on customer behaviour and interests.
- Segment audiences to ensure communications remain relevant.
- Improve open rates, click-through rates and conversion rates.
- Ensure campaigns are fully tracked with accurate reporting and attribution.
Marketing Automation
- Build automated marketing sequences across email, SMS and WhatsApp.
- Develop lead nurturing campaigns that increase conversion.
- Ensure automation is continually refined based on performance data.
Growth Marketing
- Research and test new marketing channels.
- Explore emerging advertising opportunities before competitors.
- Evaluate new technologies, AI tools and marketing platforms.
- Identify scalable acquisition channels.
Affiliate & Partnership Marketing
- Develop relationships with affiliate partners.
- Create campaigns and promotional offers that increase partner performance.
- Identify new strategic partnerships.
- Monitor affiliate performance and optimise partner activity.
Events & Community Marketing
- Plan and manage customer and partner events.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns surrounding events.
- Measure event performance and return on investment.
- Help grow brand awareness through community engagement.
Outbound Marketing
- Create compliant SMS and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Develop personalised messaging based on customer segmentation.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and continuously optimise.
Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor key marketing KPIs.
- Produce regular performance reports.
- Analyse marketing spend across all channels.
- Provide recommendations based on data and testing.
- Ensure accurate tracking across every marketing activity to improve attribution and future decision making.

Pay: £30,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
