Bridgegate Security is recruiting an experienced Senior Door Supervisor to join the team at Bonnie Rogues Swansea.
Bonnie Rogues has quickly established itself as one of Swansea's leading late-night venues, offering a lively atmosphere, live entertainment, great music, and a premium customer experience. We're looking for a professional Senior Door Supervisor to play a key role in leading the security team and helping maintain the high standards expected by both the venue and Bridgegate Security.
This role is ideal for an experienced Door Supervisor looking to take on greater responsibility, or an existing Senior Door Supervisor seeking regular hours at a well-established venue.
The Role
- Support the Head Door Supervisor in the day-to-day running of the security operation
- Lead the team by example and maintain high standards of professionalism
- Assist with admissions, refusals, searches, and queue management
- Help manage incidents confidently, fairly, and professionally
- Build positive relationships with customers, venue management, and colleagues
- Ensure venue policies and licensing objectives are upheld at all times
- Complete incident reports and documentation accurately when required
- Step into a leadership role whenever needed to support the wider team
What We're Looking For
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence
- Experience working within busy pubs, bars, or late-night venues
- Previous supervisory experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Calm, confident, and professional under pressure
- Reliable, well-presented, and able to lead by example
- A positive attitude with the ambition to develop further within the industry
