We are looking for a passionate, experienced and nurturing Baby Room Leader to join our dedicated early years team at Peter Pan Nursery
The successful candidate will have proven experience of running a baby room and a genuine passion for providing high-quality care and learning experiences for babies and young children.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience leading and running a baby room within an early years setting.
- Have a strong understanding of the Curriculum for Wales and be up to date with current early years practice and guidance.
- Be confident in planning and delivering developmentally appropriate experiences that support babies' individual interests, needs and stages of development.
- Have a good understanding of The Curiosity Approach, creating inspiring, authentic and engaging learning environments.
- Be confident leading a team, supporting colleagues and maintaining high standards of practice.
- Build warm, responsive and respectful relationships with children and their families.
- Have excellent knowledge of safeguarding, child development and the observation and assessment process.
- Be organised, enthusiastic and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Be committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
Pay: £13.31 per hour
