Duties
- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance.

- Prepare and help set up work areas

Experience
- Basic familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Some experience or coursework related to roofing, plumbing, welding, electrical work, or general construction is advantageous
- Strong interest in learning multiple trades within the construction industry
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
- Willingness to learn new skills quickly and adapt to various trade environments
