About the Role
We’re looking for a manufacturing operative to join our growing team. This isn’t a job for clock-watchers or fair-weather workers – this is a hands-on, physical role that suits someone who takes pride in a hard day’s graft and enjoys being part of a no-fuss, supportive crew.
You’ll be assisting in the production of high-quality concrete products, operating machinery, and helping to maintain smooth, efficient operations on-site. Full training is provided, all you need is the right attitude and a solid work ethic.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting in the hands-on production of concrete products
- Operating machinery and handling materials
- Meeting quality standards throughout the production process
- Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organised
- Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
- Following all health and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Physically fit – this is a manual job with plenty of lifting and movement
- Reliable and punctual – if you’re late, the whole team feels it
- Team player with a bit of initiative – someone who can think on their feet and crack on
- Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but not essential
- Good sense of humour and a can-do attitude won’t go unnoticed
