Summary of responsibilities:
- Picking of goods & loading vehicles and encouraging Teamwork
- Ensuring that our vehicles are loaded and turned around in a timely manner liaising with fulfilment drivers.
- Working Mon-Fri, 08:30-18:00, with overtime available subject to business demand
- Ensuring all picking is completed accurately in a timely manner.
- Responsible for the maintenance of marshalling lanes and consistently picking 48 hours ahead to meet customer demands.
- Responsible for meeting expectations on Warehouse Standards looking after an allocated area linked to BRC accreditation.
- Accountable for the upkeep of a Sophisticated Working Environment and Company Standards.
- Responsible for own Health & Safety across Fulfilment Centres.
- Accountable for following the correct goods in process and unloading vehicles.
- Ensuring that our goods are in good condition on receipt and all products are labelled and identified.
- Responsible for ensuring quarterly stock takes happen, syncing with lead roles.
Essential Skills
- We have invested in a brand-new Warehouse Management System, experience working with such systems is essential.
- To have a Can-Do Attitude and have a learning mindset.
- To be flexible to work outside your contracted hours when business needs are to be met.
- Applicants must have a valid, current counterbalance FLT license, and the ability to drive a flexi is preferred. Minimum 3yrs experience (required) in a fast-paced environment.
