Internal Training Lead (Maternity Leave) – Central Support
Location: Kids Planet Head Office, Lymm, Cheshire

We are looking for a highly dedicated individual who would like the opportunity to oversee the Early Years Trainer Facilitators and continue to provide hands-on support. The individual will partake in many of the elements included within the Trainer Facilitator role, however they will be the senior team member and line manager for all Early Years Trainer Facilitators.
The Trainer Facilitator Team Lead will report to the Training and Integrations Director, working closely to review current training needs across the group and promoting collaborative working within the Training and Integrations Department, Early Years Department and Operations teams.

Key responsibilities:
- Continuous coaching and mentoring of the Trainer Facilitators
- Deploying the team effectively to support across the group as needed, with both acquisitions and established Kids Planet settings
- Monitoring and evaluating the impact of training and development across the group through monthly reporting
- Regularly reviewing our offering of accredited and non-accredited CPD courses and overseeing the design and delivery of new, inspiring training material that supports our Kids Planet Pedagogy
- Working collaboratively with the e-Learning department to ensure high-quality training is being created for the Rise platform that meets the needs of both the sector and the company
Requirements – essential
- Proven experience of leading a team
- Experience of designing and delivering training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management
- Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle
This role is field-based but will require significant amounts of travel and overnight stays away from home. The role holder is required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business; this will include some evening or weekend work to support improvement, for example, to meet with teams in the evening.
