Prior Park Schools are seeking to appoint an inspirational Teacher of English to join the team at Prior Park School, Gibraltar for September 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a successful, dynamic and progressive English Faculty in beautiful and inspirational surroundings. The post is a full-time position and would suit a teacher with experience at Secondary level or a suitably qualified NQT.
The successful candidate will assist in the delivery of the GCSE and A Level in English, driving forward what has become a very popular and successful faculty. The school welcomes students aged 11 to 18 and provide a robust UK curriculum, including over 20 subjects at GCSE, A Level. Set in a stunning location, high up on the Rock and overlooking the Bay of Gibraltar, on the historic Scared Heart campus in the Old Town, offering a peaceful setting above the city noise. Prior Park School is a vibrant, caring community with an ambition as boundless as its view, established in 2016 to serve the families of Gibraltar and Southern Spain. Prior Park School is Gibraltar’s first and only independent, coeducational, Catholic/Christian day school. With a maximus capacity of 260 pupils and a staff-to-student ratio of 1:8, we ensure each child receives personalised attention. In our small, nurturing community, students are taught by subject specialists across all age groups, leading to outstanding outcomes year after year.
