Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fire and security systems (including intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and fire detection systems).
- Ensuring all work complies with current British and European standards.
- Conducting fault-finding, system upgrades, and remedial works as required.
- Providing technical support to clients and end-users.
- Completing all necessary documentation and reporting in line with NSI and BAFE compliance requirements.
- Working across a range of sites within Berkshire, Hampshire and the surrounding areas.
- Collaborating with project managers and the wider engineering team to deliver high-quality solutions on time and to specification.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the fire and security industry.
- Strong understanding of relevant UK standards and regulations.
- Proven experience across the full lifecycle of systems — from design to maintenance.
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong team player with a willingness to learn, a passion for the industry, and exceptional customer service skills.
- Someone who will integrate well into our close-knit team, contributing positively to a collaborative and supportive work culture.
- Full UK driving licence.
- A professional, client-focused attitude and a desire to work at the very top of your trade.
