We're looking for an organised and detail-focused Construction Support Administrator to provide administrative and document control support throughout the full project lifecycle. Working closely with site and project teams, you'll manage construction information, maintain accurate records and help ensure projects run efficiently from pre-start through to completion.
Just some of the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

You'll set up new projects, organise pre-start meetings and distribute minutes and key information.
- You'll manage project drawings and documentation using Procore and the company server.
- You'll carry out regular audits to ensure construction information remains accurate and up to date.
- You'll support subcontractors and project teams with Procore access, guidance and reporting.
- You'll coordinate O&M documentation throughout the project and support the final handover.
- You'll provide general project administration, including diary management, correspondence, filing and meeting support.
Where you'll be based
You'll be part of our Group Support team, playing a key role in delivering essential support services across all companies and regions within the Group. You'll be located in the village of Sherborne St John, a ten minute drive from Basingstoke town centre, at our company head office.

You'll have previous experience working within the construction industry.
- You'll have proven administration experience supporting project teams in a fast-paced environment.
- You'll understand document control, including electronic filing, auditing and archiving.
- You'll be confident using Microsoft Office, with construction management software experience preferred.
- You'll be highly organised, accurate and able to manage changing priorities.
- You'll be professional, proactive and comfortable working independently while handling confidential information appropriately.
