Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-driven and reliable Stock Operator to join our fast-paced e-commerce fulfilment team.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operation—ensuring stock is accurate, organised, and always in the right place at the right time. You’ll support both e-commerce and B2B fulfilment, helping us deliver a seamless customer experience.
Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

Stock Administrator & Warehouse Manager
Responsibilities
- Booking in deliveries and checking stock against ASN documentation
- Maintaining high levels of stock accuracy through cycle counts and checks
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies to prevent order issues
- Replenishing pick locations to support high-volume order fulfilment
- Recording all stock movements accurately in our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Processing returns, including inspection, rebooking, and stock disposition
- Managing pallet movements and supporting internal warehouse flow
- Handling inbound and outbound hub shipments
- Supporting B2B orders alongside e-commerce operations
- Assisting with picking, packing, and dispatch during busy periods
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe
- Working to performance targets including accuracy and efficiency KPIs
Requirements
- Experience in a warehouse or stock control role (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using WMS systems and handheld devices (PDAs)
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, team-focused attitude with a flexible approach

- Report hazards or incidents promptly
