Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dependable Driver to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and supplies, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining excellent communication with team members and clients. Your enthusiasm and attention to safety will help us uphold our commitment to exceptional service.
Duties
- Safely operate delivery vans and commercial vehicles to transport goods to various locations.
- Load, unload, and secure cargo, including heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring items are protected during transit.
- Follow designated routes and schedules efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Communicate clearly with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding delivery status or any issues encountered.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs, and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all trips.
Experience
- Prior delivery driver experience preferred, with a strong focus on commercial driving.
- Experience operating vans or similar vehicles in a professional setting.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients.
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for commercial driving; clean driving record required.
- Familiarity with local routes and traffic regulations is advantageous.

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
