No two days are the same. You'll receive hands-on training, work with a supportive team and develop the skills needed to become a qualified technician.
What you'll be doing
Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll learn how to:
- Assist with servicing, maintaining and repairing equipment
- Carry out routine inspections and fault finding
- Use specialist tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Support workshop and customer service operations
- Record maintenance activities accurately
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Develop practical technical skills through on-the-job learning
- Build confidence working independently as your experience grows

- Has a genuine interest in engineering or technical work
- Enjoys learning new skills and solving problems
- Is reliable, motivated and keen to develop
