Overview
The Product Executive is a role within the Product team, providing essential support to Product Managers in the development, maintenance, and delivery of products across all regions. This role combines administration, coordination, commercial awareness, and product knowledge development.
Responsibilities
- Support Product Managers in the development, maintenance, and delivery of product portfolios across all regions.
- Assist with the creation, contracting, loading, and ongoing management of products through the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
- Provide accurate and timely administrative support to the Product team, maintaining documentation, trackers, systems, and reporting tools.
- Prepare and maintain clear handover documentation to ensure effective communication of product updates, launches, and operational changes across internal teams.
- Support the implementation of product and operational changes, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to agreed timelines.
- Assist with the preparation and launch of new products within internal systems and processes.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and product developments, providing insights to support commercial decision-making and product differentiation.
- Support internal stakeholders by maintaining accurate product information and ensuring updates are communicated effectively across the business.
- Assist in analysing product performance, pricing, margins, and commercial opportunities to develop a strong understanding of product profitability and performance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of product processes, documentation standards, and team efficiencies.
Qualifications/ skills/ experience / knowledge
- Previous experience in travel, tourism, administration, operations, or a coordination-based office environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and business systems.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in commercial performance, pricing, and product development.
- Proactive, curious, and willing to learn within a fast-paced Product environment.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple departments.
- A collaborative team player with a flexible approach, able to adapt quickly and support different roles, responsibilities, and business priorities as required.
