Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated Bedroom Attendants to join our hospitality team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of guest bedrooms, ensuring a high standard of comfort and hygiene. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality and attention to detail to contribute to a welcoming environment for our guests. Prior experience in hotel or janitorial services is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
Duties
- Clean and sanitise guest bedrooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
- Ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens as required
- Assist with laundry duties when necessary
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the housekeeping department
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts including mornings, afternoons, or evenings as required
- A positive approach towards guest service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
