Job Overview
Opportunity for an experienced Payroll & Accounts person to work for a local well-established company in Portslade.
- Assist in weekly payroll and pensions contributions via SAGE Payroll.
- Processing monthly supplier invoices for payment.
- Raising and sending customer invoices.
- Organising, processing, and sending Fire Risk Assessments.
- Processing and sending Maintenance Inspection Test Reports.
- Raising and sending annual date letters.
- Taking card payments over the phone.
- Answering the phone and dealing with customer queries.
- General office duties.
- Hours 8am – 5pm Monday-Friday with 1 hour lunch break (flexibility on start time).
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with payroll or accounts would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts is desirable.
- Organised approach with keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
