Award winning firm Hawker Jones Solicitors based in Preston who offer a range of legal services are looking to recruit an ambitious Personal Injury Fee Earner/Paralegals with experience of managing their own RTA caseload and is able to run cases from inception to settlement, to join their RTA department.

With a client focused approach , the successful candidate will have:
- Have a minimum of 12 months RTA Personal Injury Pre litigation experience
- Be competent to handle a caseload of RTA Personal Pre Litigation matters to include Vehicle Damage and Credit Hire.
- Experience and knowledge of the OIC/MOJ Portal.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan prioritise your caseload and manage time effectively.
- Experience of using a case management system.
- Have excellent telephone and communication skills.
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
They will have been trained to the highest standard and take pride in their work, have exceptional client care skills
