About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant, delivering excellent customer service, supporting the team, and maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the restaurant team during shifts.
- Ensure customers receive friendly, professional, and efficient service.
- Lead by example and motivate team members to achieve high standards.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Allocate staff duties and manage shift priorities.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service standards are consistently maintained.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stock control and ordering.
- Ensure the restaurant complies with health & safety and food hygiene regulations.
- Support the Restaurant Manager with staff training, rotas, and performance management.
- Manage cash handling and end-of-shift procedures where required.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming restaurant environment.
- Deal confidently with busy periods and unexpected issues.
About You

- Has previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or supervisory role.
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
