We're looking for a driven, people-focused Sales Advisor to take ownership of our brand-new store in Whitchurch, Cardiff.
This is a full-time, permanent role with real earning potential and the opportunity to develop your skills within a well-established mobile retail business. Alongside sales and customer service, you'll also learn how to professionally repair mobile phones, with full training provided.
This is a lone-working role, giving you the opportunity to manage your own store on a day-to-day basis. We're looking for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and is motivated to deliver exceptional customer service while running the store as if it were their own.

What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same. You'll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of your own store, where you'll:
- Welcome and assist customers in-store and over the phone, recommending the right products and deals.
- Proactively contact existing customers to build relationships and generate sales opportunities.
- Promote mobile contracts, broadband, and TV packages.
- Use your local knowledge and creativity to attract new customers.
- Learn to diagnose and professionally repair mobile phones, with full training provided.
- Carry out mobile phone repairs to a high standard once trained.
- Manage all aspects of your store, ensuring it remains organised, professional, welcoming, and commercially successful.

- Achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience every time.
- Carrying out quality mobile phone repairs with confidence and attention to detail following your training.
- Successfully managing your own store, taking ownership of its performance and presentation.
- Staying up to date with the latest technology, products, and promotions.
- Following compliance standards and company best practices.
What We're Looking For
You don't need previous phone repair experience, we'll provide full training. You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Love technology and enjoy keeping up with the latest devices and trends.
- Are confident, outgoing, and enjoy building relationships with customers.
- Are comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your own store.
- Have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Are target-driven with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Have good attention to detail and are keen to learn practical technical skills.
- Can manage your workload effectively and use your initiative.

The Hours
- Full-time, 5 days per week
- 9:00am–5:00pm weekdays
- 10:00am–4:00pm Saturdays
- One weekday off each week
- Sundays always off
- Bank Holidays always off
