Overall Purpose
The Sales & Client Support role is a core function encompassing the full spectrum of client transaction management and support; the focus will be on providing dedicated support to the LN Sales Team, ensuring the accurate system representation of all Global Markets (GM) originated transactions and fulfilling associated regulatory reporting obligations. This includes managing the complete post-trade lifecycle from pre-matching to settlement, fostering strong client relationships for portfolio queries, and ensuring correct representation of third-party transactions within our systems.
Crucially, this role emphasizes comprehensive cross-training to ensure the entire client support team is equipped to cover all operational needs. This involves developing a strong understanding and proficiency in managing Fixed Income transactions, adhering strictly to defined procedures, and actively collaborating with Front Office/Sales desks in Dubai, London, Paris & Milan. Furthermore, the role will involve bridging communication for Paris-centralized back office operations and effectively responding to requests from other Natixis departments, including settlement and confirmation queries with both internal stakeholders and clients.

Mian Responsibilities
Direct Support for London Sales Team: Provide dedicated, hands on support to the Sales Team, ensuring accurate system representation Globak Markets (GM) originated transactions.
Regulatory Reporting & Obligations: Fulfill associated regulatory reporting obligations for all transactions
Develop robust relationships with relevant Sales Teams to ensure proximity to the business and a good rapport essential for growing and scaling the business/awareness of trade/client pipeline.
Cross-Training and Team Coverage: Actively participate in comprehensive cross-training across all asset classes to ensure all aspects of the client support team's operational needs can be covered.
Client Relationship Management: Foster strong client relationships, addressing trabsaction-level queries and ensuring a high quality of service for both internal and external clients.
Inter-Desk Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with Front Office/Sales desks in Dubai, London, Paris and Milan as well as Operations Teams across regions, notably Paris.
Cross-Departmental Communication: Respond effectively to requests from other Natixis departments including, but not limited to, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Tech etc.
Post-Trade (T+1) Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete post-trade lifecycle, from pre-matching through to settlement.
Problem Solving and Risk Mitigation: Apply problem-solving skills to resolve outstanding issues and prevent potential problems, while reinforcing internal controls and reconciliations to reduce operational risk and increase client satisfaction.
Product & Process Understanding: Maintain a thorough understanding of the complete trade lifecycle, across all products, client expectations, and trade processes.
New Business Support: Support new business lines and initiatives, including new transaction onboarding via internal governance process (NPNA/NST etc)
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including Sales teams, Ops colleagues IT departments, Management, and colleagues across different locations. This includes conflict resolution and de-escalation of difficult situations.- Operational and Process Proficiency: A sound understanding of trade processes, post-trade events, and operational controls. This includes meticulous attention to detail, a control-oriented approach, and the ability to manage the entire post-trade lifecycle.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with financial products (Securities and Derivatives), and an understanding of client expectations and trade processes related to them.
